About Me

From lived experience to empowerment

Hi, I’m Jazmine—a health services researcher, lactation counselor, and perhaps most importantly, a two-time triple-feeding mom of two. Like so many parents, I found myself exhausted and overwhelmed in the early days of feeding my babies—navigating confusing advice, constant pumping, and sleepless nights.

Through that experience, I noticed a serious information gap around triple feeding and other breast- and infant-feeding interventions. As both a researcher and a mom, I set out on a mission to compile evidence-based, practical resources that are easy to follow and rooted in empathy.

I went on to pursue the Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) credential to provide parents with the highest quality practical knowledge and care. I combine lived experience with professional expertise to support other parents in making informed, confident feeding choices.
